    "A Tale of Two Forests" is a holographic sound experience designed for headphones. A mixture of ethereal soundscapes, audio holograms, dub fairytales, sound collage, and sonic cartoons,  It tells the tale of a journey between two forests, the temperate forests of the Uk and Ireland and the tropical forests of the South American Amazon.An anthology of 15 years of 3D sound installations a lot of the tracks here were originally 3D sound art exhibitions and immersive theatre performances. There are many "Sonic easter eggs" hidden within this album - waiting to be discovered. The album was funded by the Irish Arts Council, as part of the Covid Award via their Music Department.

Electrical Signals in the roots of trees and the Mycorrhizal network were used in these installations to manipulate sounds found in nature and then morphed using techniques such as live granular synthesis and pitchshifting. This created the swirling writhing organic mass of sounds you hear before you. Originally these installations were delivered in forests or botanic gardens including Botanic Gardens La Paz, Quito Botanic Gardens, Universidad Federal de Rio De Janeiro, The Naughton Gallery, and more.
